Multi-Storey Solution To Site Conflict
Following on from news that the super-surgery was looking at using the same site as the cinema, a compromise has been drawn up. The solution is to build a multi-story complex which combines both.
A spokesman for the town council said, “When we heard that the NHS were looking at pinching our site we needed to ensure the cinema didn’t lose its space. The revised plan is to have the super-surgery on the ground floor, whilst the cinema is on the upper levels.”
Asked whether combining the two made sense, the spokesman commented “Recent statistics from Spurious Stats Ltd have shown that a significant number of clinic admissions come from people not feeling well after going to the cinema, therefore it makes complete sense.”
Though there has been no official confirmation it has been rumoured that this multi-storey complex would also feature an outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop.
