Councillor Breaks World Record For Sport Relief
Councillor Larry Hackman has gone the extra mile for Sport Relief this week by smashing the previous world record for “blahring” .
Posting on a local interweb forum Councillor Hackman continually “blahed” longer and with less interest than all of his political rivals. Commenting on local council strategy under his tag LH, Hackman started with an insightful “blah, blah, blah” before stating that “blah, blah, blah” and ending with a conclusive “blah, blah, blah.”
An adjudicator from the local St Neots publication Stella’s World of Records confirmed that Hackman had surpassed the previous record of bollock-talking by a factor of 10!
The previous holder, Oi! Editor and owner Thundopolus P. Staker, said “I’ve talked some crap in my time but this bloke is Olympian, there’s no competing with this standard of cobblers.” He added, “for all I know there could have been some genuine information in there but frankly I gave up after the first sentence.”
Available for comment, Councillor Hackman, who is competing in next weeks Waffling World Championships, said “blah, blah, blah, blah, etc.”
