Renewed Call For Cinema

Dear sir,

Last year a Facebook campaign with 2,500 members attracted national media attention by calling for a cinema. Around 2,000 of these were actually against the idea. By my reckoning, with a population of around thirty thousand, this represents seven million people who want a massive multiplex in the town centre.

Ideally, the council will spend a load of public money on it. That’d be great.
